Fees

Mediator Fees and Costs

Fees are based on time actually spent mediating/arbitrating, preparing, and in substantive communication with counsel.
Hourly Rate is as low as half of what other mediation services charge which maintain large offices, more office staff, and other expensive overhead.
Deposit. A reasonable deposit is required to confirm the date. The balance of the fees are due in full on the day of mediation/arbitration.
No Charge. No requirement for pre-paid blocks of time that are non-refundable, as some other services require.
No Charge for travel time or administrative activities.
No Charge for FAX's, copying, postage or long distance telephone required.
No Charge for set-up fees or record management fees.
No Charge for paralegals, office assistants or other personnel.

Attorney Fees and Costs

Each party is responsible for the fees and costs of their own attorney for participating, just as in any other Dispute Resolution process.
